- Please be distraction free. This includes Driving.
- Only the person who is receiving the session in the room at that time.
- Sessions are confidential and will be recorded. You have the option to receive a copy of the session if you so desire.
- I ask that you take none of my words, actions or thoughts as that of your own. Take what you want and leave the rest. Nothing I say should proceed the advice of a Doctor, Lawyer or Certified Therapist.

Disclaimer and Terms of Service Agreement
By scheduling services offered by Medium Kelley Crosby, LLC, you hereby acknowledge that you have read this Disclaimer and Terms of Service Agreement and that you fully understand, agree with and accept the terms and conditions set forth below.
Booking Appointments: Please note that I am temporarily transitioning to booking all appointments exclusively via email or the contact form on the contact page.
Appointments: Appointments will start on time and end on time. In the event that you are late to your scheduled appointment, please note that no refund for lost time will be issued and appointment will not run over allotted time.
Payment: All payments are due in advance at the time of booking. Appointments are not considered booked until payment has been received. Payments are non-refundable.
Participation: The service is provided for the person who has scheduled. No other people are to attend the reading, be in the room, or within listening capacity during the appointment.
Scheduling Policy: If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please reschedule your appointment 48 hours in advance. Failure to reschedule before such time will result in the forfeiture of your payment.
Recording: No recording in session is allowed by participants. This includes video and voice recording. It is up to the discretion of Medium Kelley Crosby if session is to be recorded, and provided to client.
All sessions strive for open communication between the Medium, Client and Spirit. Everything is held in the strictest of confidence.
It is understood that sessions booked is for entertainment purposes only. Any legal or medical advice will not be given and one should consult the necessary legal, medical, or certified therapist outside of this platform.
